VaMaTy, LLC business management consultancy was founded by Vaya C. Nathaniel.  I have over twenty years of experience in business management. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from National Louis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Chicago State University. My career experience includes expertise in real estate business management, non-profits, social services business development, and developing minority owned businesses. I also worked closely with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services.  With a deep-rooted expertise in business management and a passion for driving business success VaMaTy was created.
