Success as a leader today isn't necessarily about skills, talent or knowledge. Those things are important, but it really comes down to connection. Everyone has the ability to not just communicate, but connect. Yet all too often, connection seems to be an area that is overlooked. We are inviting 12 leaders to gather together for 8 weeks and discuss "Everyone Communicates, Few Connect" while we build our leadership and collaboration skills together.
