In this role, you'll:

✅ Prospect and develop new business opportunities

✅ Meet with business owners and decision-makers

✅ Partner with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional service

✅ Grow existing accounts while expanding your territory

What we're looking for:

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face meetings

• Staffing industry experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Work Schedule:

Base Salary: $40,000 to $50,000 per year, plus commission based on your sales performance.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales is a plus but not required.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient computer skills.
